Thanks Sam.. I'm used to his games however, and while I try to be reasonable, I woke with such conviction that he is, again, messing me about. That's why I put in the request to make the decree 'absolute.'

Thanks for your kind words Wiley.. as I more or less said in my other reply, I had to be tough to keep getting out of bed each day when this was at its worst. Thank God it's nearing resolution.. smiles.
PS - A new special person is making me happy. I'm very lucky.

Have you not contacted a lawyer or a collection agency? Why are you allowing him to control you when you obviously must have the legal
right to be financially supported for a time. This all sounds to me like marital abuse and you are afraid of a guiy who really needs a good kick in the gonads by some tough guy from a collection agency. But you have to get tough enough to put it all into play kiddo.
