Feeling frazzled isn't much fun. Maybe you could first concentrate on something to help you relax and loosen up.

I agree with sam. don't delete any work that you do. U never know when u'll

pick up the strings to continue.

I don't think you should delete any work associated with the novel. It might not be working now, but things change so frequently that it may prove beneficial down the road! sam
