LOL, you can who's the boss in that house. And I can attest to the view expressed in that poem! Mind you, our cat Bubbles owns us as well, and when it comes to our poodle Jag, the question of who owns whom is being re-negotiated daily...

Sounds like your Knight in shining armor might be a bit confused and thinking of himself as King Kat wh rules the roost..

Great picture - and the poem is so true! Cats belong entirely to themselves.

When I saw the size of the lady reclined in the palanquin I really felt sorry for the bearers; I hope she gave them a decent tip on top of the payment. Your blogpost posts are terrific, so I hope lots of other Blogiteers visit too.

Even before I learned to love cats, I thought it was sick that people
would run over them, often on purpose. Love and agree with the poem, too.

Lovely photo, though I don't like cats! Thanks very much for your generous comments on my blogspot posts---I can tell you the poor palanquin bearers had a pretty tough time carrying the lady up, and she was the one out of breath!! The steps were burning hot, as this part of the country does not have a proper winter. Have a good weekend! Nita.

Aah cats in the window are usually gentle and friendly. When the one across the street was allowed outside she knew nothing but love. The black cat became my friend until a hit and run driver ran over her. I didn’t know that it was her. I realized it after the owners asked me if I had seen the cat, love. BC-A, Bill’s RJLst
