hardly enough to sneeze at
besides, as I said on another blog, the defense budget was greatly overinflated -- congress, etc, funding projects the Pentagon said they didn't neet -- the President (Reagan, Bush, Jr) favoring excessive defense spending -- this is a minuscule reduction that won't have any great impact at all
