India, and its celebrations are so missed when far away. I remember Khan Market in Delhi.

elysianfields, I am glad you liked the photos.
It encourages me to take them. When I am in a situation that I think will interest fellow bloggers, my mind (and heart) begins to work overtime. I am blessed for the opportunity and your praise. Much thanks.

I reviewed these pictures a dozen times...and I kept getting disturbed by sundry tasks today...but I tell you, what an interesting celebration/festival. I happen to like the blackbirds/ravens/crows. And some friends tell me that they are such scavenger birds, pests, etc. I enjoyed the vibrant colors and the pictures of the cultural experience is so thrilling to view from there to here in Texas. I love your photos Greenfields.

India celebrates beautifully. My former landlords were from India. In fact the wife brought their two boys to visit India the summer before last love. BC-A, Bill’s RJJst
