Elinjo - Very unfortunate but most times they do that..unless in special circumstances. Well the only thing is why do they have to be returned to a dangerous part of their country..beats me!

It is a catch 22 of a sort! How can one argue with the law, except to change it perhaps! So unfortunate they were return! It would seem another setting would have been more humane. Shelly
