RSM, what are you talking about?
Unlike you, I do not insult people just because they do not believe as I do. I say I openly disagree with people of various political views and religious beliefs, but I never say they are not allowed to have their beliefs. In fact I have very often talked about how I respect the ideas of true spirituality where people find their religious ideas (No matter of what faith they may be) for themselves and are able to be themselves through their beliefs. My problem is when certain people try to force their religious ideas on me and attempt to make a free country into a 'Christian nation', which is an idea full against the most basic concepts of freedom and spits in the face of the ideas and reasoning that founded this country.
Of course homosexuality is clearly NOT a choice, it is who the person is. To think otherwise would suggest that most people are not naturally heterosexual, but instead make a choice at some point to be attracted to members of the opposite sex. I knwo I have always been attracted to girls since a very young age, so I have no doubt at all that sexuality is not something you choose.
But then of course I understand how to respect ideas, beliefs and lifestyles that are not my own. I don't need everyone to agree with me or live their lives as I live mine in order to feel good about who I am and what I have done with my life or what I stand for and believe in. You should try it some time.

Never Bought Their Product
I have never purchased any Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream because I knew a long time ago they were flaming liberals. I also do not shop at the Home Depot or use AT&T, etc.
Funny how liberals like Xman and kooka do not have a problem with homosexuality because it is a person's choice but when it comes to politics or religion then they have a problem with a person's choice. How contradictory!
