THAT'S NO OPINION -- IT'S FACT!!!!
ABC News has information on its website regarding this. While we h ave tens of thousands suffering because of lack of health care, dozens of countries around the world are serving their populace well with government run medicine.
The U.S. is rated about 26th (quite near the bottom) in quality of health care, and I think the highest in cost.
But somehow you think that's just my opinion.
Then the question arises about how you and other health care opponents would solve the problem here in the U.S.
If you can't present a reasonable alternative, then you shouldn't criticise -- now where have I heard that before?

Uh Corbin, that has nothing to do with socialized medicine
Unless you wish to claim that there are no doctors in America who make mistakes. You have no idea what happened, all you know is that it was in England. The same kind of mistakes are made here in the US all the time. The only difference is that we basically are sayign that those who are down on their luck and can't afford insurance, should just die in the streets because they woudl never get the chance to have even a messed up appendicitis.

Ranking about 28th -- we have more deaths due to lack of care and greater health costs than any European country and Japan, etc., which, by the way, all have some form of government controlled health care.
Ours is the worst. So what does that say?
