2) Yes, I hate graffiti 'artists'...
3) Here they lend only books, and even then one often has to wait, 'cause frequently they don't have what I want, so I use the University libraries...

I'm not aware of any Living Libraries around Baltimore.

Living library
I hope to visit it tomorrow; but am not sure. Will send pictures from today's International Festival though.
