Re: It's green, they say, on the far side of the hill...
The way I heard it, the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

Twins,
To be sure, that is true.
The green term that I was thinking of was more along the lines of the recent, avant garde
meaning of the term. It has become associated with the Earth Conscious concept. The old
''ain't we hip'' idea. The save the planet bunch.
As if we didn't all want that.
I find the newly attached connotation for the word quite offensive and am really attempting
to make fun of it. I still like the color green, I only want people to leave the word alone and
stick the connotations somewhere else.

Yellow there~ Glad to see you black here in any color, so your words can be red which they are, by me, deliberately on purples, though sometimes in the past you blue my mind...

Re: sam444
Have you ever really tried that?
It's an easy cliché to quote. It has a sense of the noble.
It gives a dignity to mankind that is primarily self-delusion.
In reality, however, it only generates hostility and discrimination.

It will be so green...
... that environmentalists will be following me in droves. Al Gore will be coming to me for an interview for his new book, tentatively titled: ''Get green you dumb saps. I got Nobel piss prize, and that makes me an expert.''

Re: 9STAR
My car will be 100% green.
It will inhale green air,
Run on Collard Greens,
exhale pure Oxygen,
be painted a green color,
and have a green interior.
I am also looking into tires made of green cannabis.
That way, when you screech up to a red light,
you will leave everyone smiling.
I think you can get green window tint, but I haven't checked into that.
I'm talking GREEN with a capital G!
