I can use this Monopoly violence in my next NaNoWriMo project. It originated from a photo Corbin posted a week or so ago, a staged-looking family portrait from the polyester era (early 70s) of a man, his wife and six kids including twin baby daughters. One son is in biker gear, bandana headband, leather jacket. Two of the compliant brothers could get into an explosive incident over a game. You cheated! Did not! Take that! Aargh...

Sorry I have not been here more often this summer: too much to do (you know, laying in the sun all day and looking at the ocean. Hard stuff!) and then my "back affair" striked! But I'm better now and will try to come visit more often!

Wow...I had a wimpy cousin
who would c ry whenever he was losing and quit, but he wasn't violent. Then again, he was a wimpy little bugger who cried and quit, so I guess he wouldn't have been...

In days gone by when I played Monopoly I too could get very worked up if somebody nabbed 'Park Lane' or 'Buckingham Palace'. That was about 50 years ago though.....
