I believe your method is the only one that works...
We have to think of chocolate chip cookies and fried anything as disgusting... good luck to me on that one. Congratulations on your success! I love the way you described your loss in terms of groceries. Very motivational.

No, we have to be in the mood for it. I started because my blood pressure was higher than it should be and I was finding it more and more difficult to go up and down the stairs. Good luck! Don't let yourself get hungry; eat healthy food and don't expect miracles from one day to the other.
