I haven't been in that position for a while, but I always found it difficult to let good people go. I much preferred it when someone made it easy for me by screwing up...

Sometimes business decisions are cut throat, I have mixed feelings about how this was handled, but I am glad Donald is a better man than I think I would of been

People will surprise us! He might have felt differently if he weren't going to Myrtle Beach in Sept! Business can be tough at times! One must do whatever it takes to keep it thriving! sam

It's harder dealing with payroll issues........
with a small business.......employees become "family". I have to admit to having made costly decisions a couple of time when keeping someone on that I didn't really need........
