I was just contemplating how sleep simply overwhelms you and how lucid dreams can be. Your comment turned another corner to think about as depression seems to hinder so many . Sweet dreams Jane and thank you so much! Do we work out problems as we sleep?

Sleep is a symptom of depression if you find yourself sleeping all the time and perhaps more than usual. Do not be alarmed at that, but in my past life I worked in neuropsychology as a psychometrician and counselor. So I atune easily o symptoms. Not to worry, glad you sleep yourself in to peaceful dreams, that's great.
