Agreed! As far as technology is concerned I would have been happier living in the stone-age!

But I think this idea is wonderful! All these different technologies and plugs and etc. are just too darn complicated. They certainly are a dis-incentive for me. If I had my way all passenger autos would be alike mechanically: their engines, transmissions, etc. would be interchangable, so you could go to any repair shop and they'd have the parts on hand if (when) repairs are needed.

About time!
I have goodness knows how many chargers and have lost my latest phone about two or three weeks ago now. So will it be new phone and new charger??
