Apparently the Australians have also been positive, although as far as I know nothing has been planned yet.

Perhaps there are some coffee shops etc that would be willing for them to use these amenities, but most would not.

Very interesting. New inventive energies is what this world needs and to put as many homeless as possible back into the work force.

good idea but there are restrooms all over or coffee shops etc they can use
