Thank you so much, I think this is the first time you enjoyed one of my blogs because I am contraversial. I am glad you did. Oh yes you can freeze pancakes lay them on a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet and when the first layer gets cold add another. When all are frozen add them to lock and seal freezer bags or sealing type freezer bags. I love it.

You are so right in the part about having God. He can pull off anything. He fed 20,000,000 in the wilderness with coriander seed size cakes and made them taste like Baklava. Can't beat that, oh did I mention he did this for 40 years. Keep reminding me about my daddy.
