Writing is a great outlet for the soul.
Personally, I have to write in total silence, and sometimes it takes quite a bit of urging for the words to come out. But, when the text does burst forth from my fingers, it is quite relaxing.

I think it is important to get it on paper a well! If it stays in the head to long, it gets lost in the idea pool so to speak! sam
