I think it hight time school and religion started focussing on the life of Christ for children and let them learn about death as adults. You're a great writer luv and have a good week.

I have a neice who finally told me that Easter terrified her with all the
torture and dying on the cross. We should be aware of what this can do to a child's mind and good for you for bringing it in here. This is when terrible life long prejudice can begin.

What a crazy world we live in.   Schools for our children have way too many problems.   My DIL is a wonderful school teacher.  I wish there were more like her.  You write so well.

I actually experienced 7 year old children drawing pictures like that after they had learnt about the crucifixion from a colleague who though I'm sure she meant well, did not make allowances for the fact that she was teaching very young children.
