That reminds me...
...I've always half expected to jump off the eliptical after an hour and fall flat on my face in front of other exercisers...! Wouldn't be surprised if it happened for real some day...! I would just laugh, having not too much pride left anymore!

Training in the activities of the marathon is Key! Any additional aerobic activies you can do will strength your cardiorespitory system, which will benefit on marathon day good luck!
