What is right for me might not be for you or somebody else... . but it is true that there is a universal code that tells us instictively what is right or wrong... There might be something that is wrong which for me might not be... or something that is right for most that is not for you... as in everything in life... everything is relative and only G-d knows for sure :-)

You've posed some very difficult but fascinating questions that have troubled philosophers for thousands of years, haven't you?
In my opinion a possible point starting could be a combination of humility and a willingness to listen actively to each other's points of view.
