Hallo Sam you've taken my breath away! 3000 miles by bike!  Do you mean a stationary bike (as is found in a gym) or do you actually mean you are going to bike round the U.S.A.?

I am going to ride my bike 3,000 miles this Spring and Summer! I think at the end of that period I should be at the fitness level I enjoy most! Keep up the good word! Take the mp3 player! lol Shelly

I can relate to this, I belonged to a gymn and over a year ago I stopped going as it was getting boring, and I too eat the easiest foods, but since I have been sick I have tried to eat healthler, my daughter has been dieting for a while now and has lost more than 50 pds and she tries walking every day, and I try going every other day with her, but sometimes her life gets in the way of the walks, keep up the good work
