It would be wonderful to be so totally committed to another person. People who can do this are those whose own self-esteem is in tact; if you can trust yourself, you can trust others.

Afzal, I am afraid that this blogger does not.  The only total and absolute faith that I have is in God.  On things I do, if I waited until I had total and absolute faith in them, I would never do anything.  There are always question in my mind of "am I doing the right thing?"  I usually forge ahead though, and then try to learn from my mistakes.
