Thanks Pat B - though I would rather not have to be this tough:) I keep him in my thoughts and prayers as I do believe he is very unhappy, but that's not a reason for me to stay married.

Naut, trouble is, if he could behave decently and gentlemanly neither of us would be in this situation in the first place...

I'll let the courts deal with it. I can't quite believe that this is where we are now. It happens, and there are a lot of people a lot worse off than I am. Seems when it comes to the nitty gritty of financials, and reality hits, people change quite remarkably.

By the time you get through this legal jungle and force the guy
to do right by you, you are going to be one tough mama. And you'll probably have a real job you love that's well-paid by then. Of course until the assets are divided, it may be better to have little or nothing, because he might go after half of yours. What a schmuck he is.
