Oh, he'll have to go to trial all right - they changed the laws *specifically* because of the 1993 case so that a molested victim can no longer refuse to testify against the perpetrator.

My kids used to love him

I just want to know
What kind of parents would have left their children alone with the guy after the first round of this stuff. To me there is a level where the parents should be held accountable for allowing this to happen. They can not honestly say they had no idea he had been accused of this before.
Of coure they could have just been waiting, hoping to get some money out of it.
