You're always so inspiring...yes, this too shall pass, and the Sun will shine! My favorite [visual] meditation is---imagine you're in a small boat, being buffeted by the waves, hitting against rocks...and then you call upon the Lord, and he calms the waters, and you sail on in the calm. Strenght is imbued when souls take charge. Most will not even try, preferring the already-saved formula. Seek and you shall find. This is true because the father himself guides you in your search. I have lived in a shelter. I handled it because he choreographed my moves. 70% of the inmates were from prison! If you give him the chance, God takes over and lives life for you! Strange but true!
