Benzinha, your task broke my Inventometer.
I got as far as two automatic baseball pitching machine motorts with fluffy brushes, sixteen blowdriers, a coco-fiber WELCOME mat, and a small atomic pile to power it all...then, I lost interest when the AEC decided to shut me down.

Re: do you want to be crazy

What a kind comment, muley12, thank you. Yes, people insane about animals, especially the incorrigle ones whom we let boss us around sometimes, are unique and could form a club, I'm sure. I loved your descriptions of your roommates.

I once had beautiful red brocade furniture, until the old dog decided that she needed to claw her way through the quilt thrown over it, raking her nails down to the red brocade. Sigh....then it was all downhill from there.

It took me years after her death to let that sofa go, knowing that I wouldn't ever get the money to repair it and that the raggedy old thing did remind me of her, but looked like a big brown bear had entered the hosue and wreaked havoc. Sigh....

May Simon Barkly mellow with time as all mine have done. I wish that I could sleep with mine again as you do. I am now so horrendously allergic to them all that I have to sleep alone or die with sinus headaches the size of NYC.

I still hug them lots and all that but vaccuum more and wash my hands lots. Sigh....I refuse to let them go, though some days I can barely breathe. Nuts, I am. Like you, it seems, heh heh heh.

do you want to be crazy
I have thought to myself, this lady might be interesting. You are my friend. it takes a special person to deal with the animals.Just ask me, six dogs two cats and a pig. You would think I would live on a farm. But no live in south miami. Witch I thought was a nice house. But until  the dog from hell came in. He eats and chews everything that we have. But he is my best friend.Just to look at him makes me smile. He is a big guy 160 pds. His name is simon barkly the dog.We snuggle buggle every night. And I thank god that I have him.He is my best friend.I guess until the day I die. This is what it is,I thank god every day for my petsThis is my life and I love it

Re: dogs love to get dirty and hate to be cleaned... thus my dogs have been

I have been overwhelmed by the dirt on this property, riri0322, and the ordeal that it is. I cannot clean them as I should as "exhaustion and nothing else" would be all that is accomplished.

I use what preventative measures I can, furniture covering, dog door closing, rugs outside on the porch coming into the house and tiled floors. Sigh.

I asked majroj to invent a doggie door which vaccuummed and cleaned dogs as they entered the house, but nope, he didn't make one for me.

Thanks for reading and for taking the time to write something.

Re: Hey, its wonderful to be a woman

Greenfields, the small details, those between individuals, the glances and nuances are more the area of women. Men fail to see them, fail to understand them and fail to know what action should or shouldn't be taken when they ARE noticed.

I prefer women for some days and men for others. Luckily, I am unmarried, or rather, long single, as I failed to divorce the last fellow and thought that convenient, for not adding a new one. When fellows ask me to dinner or whatever, for twenty years now, I just smile a grateful 'thank-you' and then say 'no thank-you'.
