My very favorite Christmas song always has been and always will be
Silent Night, Holy Night. It always brings tears to my eyes and shivers to my body (good ones).

Re:
Absolutely! It would be nice to get back to the basics & I am not opposed to buying or receiving gifts but where does the Man whose birthday we celebrate come into play? Thanks for visiting!

Often times we tend to lose out on the meaning of Christmas. So easy to focus on the getting presents both in terms of receiving them from somebody and getting them for other people where we have to fight the mad rushes.
