I had a similar experience. i miscarried at 8 weeks as i left the hospital i wanted also to feel like there was something more to life I could belive in when I saw a blue butterfly follow me to my car. After that day the many times i thought about the child I lost I would see a blue butterfly. It was a sign to me. Like a butterfly that starts as a catterpillar and breaks from the cocoon to reveal a beautiful butterfly, so too death that we may die only to rise to another form, to a place of beauty. It sets my mind at ease a little more.

This sent chills up my spine, and God is so real in our lives if we want him to be. I believe with all of my heart that there are angels sent from God to give us peace and strength to get thru all our our hard times and he does heal us I believe god sent a miracle to your sister I am so happy for you and her.

This butterfly was very large and seemed awkward in flight. Really noticeable and remarkable. When I was searching for a home a little over a year ago a huge yellow butterfly was in the yard flying around as we stood on the deck of the house we rented to live in. I thought that this was the one we would get at the time. Our landlady chose us over at least twenty other applicants Go figure right! Thanks Kabu.I am glad your WileyJohn is home safe!

A wonderful story of hope and a great reminder to be more grateful
for our health and wellbeing; sometimes we forget we are part of God's great plan and that He is always watching over us; many blessings and thanks

Re: Wonderful story.
Thanks Kolekshuns. May God bless all sisters with health and healing. This getting older is not for sissies. Lots of problems to address.

I am thankful for a sense of humour to carry me through.

Wonderful story.
I have seven sisters and I could not imagine losing one to cancer. I'm so
glad things worked out for your sister. Isn't it amazing how God uses His
creations sometimes to remind us that He is the creator and He is always
the one in control of our lives. So happy for you and your sister. Thanks
for sharing.

Margaret, this is a beautiful message. It sounds to me like it was a Kodak moment & the beautiful butterfly was sent by God. I am blessed that you recognized Him as the source & shared it with me. Blessings!

Amazing post...
It reminds me of the movie "Patch Adams" where a butterfly comes to Patch on a mountain top (it is implied that the butterfly is a reincarnation of his friend who is murdered in the movie) to show him that life always finds a way. Life does always find a way.
