I can't impune the whole party but...
the first time I heard this, I thought it was a joke. I've written a blog on this as well, which I hope you will read. I have also found articles talking about corruption in other states. Apparently Illinois is not the worst.

Same Ole Thing...Over and Over Again...
Typical democrat! Completely without ethics, morals or any other values at all. How many democrats does this make now? I know our state of North Carolina has had a huge number of corrupt official over the last 8 years, all democrats but yet they all get re-elected! What does that say about our society? Apparently we have a majority of worthless voters that equal the worthless democrats they vote in each year.
