Well, one of my crazies is messing around with recipes and substituting when I shouldn't.  Late evening I made a big pumpkin bread.  Because I messed around with the recipe, it fell in the middle after I took it out of the oven.  Oh well,  it doesn't look pretty, but it sure tastes and smells good.  LOL

The stuff sounds good. Maybe you should publish a book of your recipes. You never know.

The picture is striking! I don't know; I sent the last kid out the door and I am finally kid free. I haven't been that way since I was 29! I am in heaven! sam

Re: That's a lot of cookin Justi!
ginnieb I did that too when my children were smaller and I would have meals they could do with little supervision from a sitter. Yes I like this. I love cooking but some times I just want a meal now without trouble and without take out.

Re: We make Wiley's famous fat blaster soup together or/and an Irish stew
Hi sweetie, that sounds good. Christmas in the Spring and not the winter seems so odd to me. But I usually clean before Christmas and before decorating. I am not sure I will even decorate this year. I am tired. LOL Lot of mileage. 2 both of you.

That's a lot of cookin Justi!
Bet it feels good to have a freezer full though!  I used to cook like that some Sundays when I was working full time and I had a house of teenagers.  Tonight I had a black bean burger from take out at Chilis!  Ha!

We make Wiley's famous fat blaster soup together or/and an Irish stew

like you more veggie than meat and put several meals in the freezer for Ron(as in later on).

I'm about to Spring clean soon because being an Aussie it's what you do in the Spring before Christmas.
