Thank you both for your comments.  I know it isn't always possible to comment on everything that is posted -- its virtually impossible to read much more than half of what you would like to read, much less take the time to comment and to make posts yourself.  So I always appreciate it when people do take the time.  Thanks, again.

It just goes to show you that great minds think alike.  I'm looking forward to your post.  I have to admit that ol' notapoet is pretty long-winded.  Brevity is not one of my virtues.  Wait until I write something about how to brief.  It'll probably be 10 pages -- and then you'll do it in one paragraph.

I just wrote a piece I plan to post tomorrow called "Writing What You Know"

Can you believe that?  Mine is pretty short and it's for my blog on writing...anyhoo, that that was interesting!
