Well, I'd say, if that were possible,
it's about time the hard working, tax paying masses got some back..but. seriously, too late anyway, the Treasury is empty, because the hands of government kept on grabbing for themselves and their friends - consider Rumsfeld's remarks in 2001 stating that as much as 2.3 trillion dollars - yep, trillions, was unaccounted for at the Pentagon - just gone missing, no real effort to find out whose pockets were lined. And the billions admitted to being; again, unaccounted for in Iraq - no accountability for those in charge, no matter the thievery equals broke.
