They sent us a rebate on one error of theirs. After that the too high bills were just our bills. It gets to be a lot. Good to see your name here. Thanks for reading.

as a result of an "accounting error" made by the City Works Dept...as usual, someone else's mistake but our fault..
..(electricity isn't much better)
