A change to see someone writing about building a home, when every other article is about foreclosure! New construction has dropped significantly this year.
It's very exciting to have such vision and the resources to pull it off. On the other hand, I am a proponent of treading lightly on the earth, and there are so many good homes out there that just need occupants (but perhaps not in your area?)
