It looks real cute! Good luck with the rental. Have you heard of www.vrbo.com ? It is also rental directly from the owner and they specialize in holiday rentals around the world. The site is well made and we used it before as customers looking for a place to rent.
We were very happy with the results and fund the site easy to use and quite accurate.
