It sounds like such a wonderful place to live
you have such nice memories. I'm sure the new buyers will fit in. The prospects of a new house is exciting and I am sure you all will have many loving memories there also.

It's always so hard to leave memories behind isn't it. I hate moving that's why I've lived in the same place for 28 years.
