Rest
Rest is important. Take care of you, find something that provides you with pleasure if only for a moment. If nothing else, stand outside and listen to the birds sing. Soak in life, it can help refill you when your on empty.

Learning to get through
There was a time in my life that the circumstances of my life now would have sent me in a spiral of unending depths. However, if I see this as a learning opportunity to love myself through my connection to the Universe and give myself an inner smile, this inner smile can start the chain reaction of love and compassion that will radiate to those around me. This love is then returned to me to make a spiral only a bump in the road. This does not negate the grieving process or frustraions presented each day but if I can smile at it and use my sense of humor to cope the anger and depression cannot rule the day. Love and compassion brings unconditonal love and forgiveness when practiced, practiced, practiced.
I've been happy and forgiving and I've been depressed to the point of suicide. Happy is better.
