afzal, there are people in worse circumstances than you, my friend with
binswanger's ( a death sentence), my BIL with Fibrosis in his lungs (same), and others in political situations that are bad, and economic circumstances that are frightening and they all walk on, heads up.
When things get really bad for me, I have really bad depressions sometimes, I have to work against the fear. If I am penniless, I can only do things which will bring in money, if I feel unloved, I go out into the community and help the truly unloved and know that my ideas of unlovedness are way off. Baby steps away from despair.
Look outside your insides and you will find a path. Staying inside that sad place, that place of despair inside is not good for anyone and the windows in that place are all opaque and grey. Step outside into someone's else's gloom, to find some sunshine. Go be helpful.
