My friend works in China for a few months each year and he travels
with white knuckles on the dashboard of his friend's cars.
Being an orderly American, I laugh hysterically at the chaos in other places as it makes things go so wrong and they just don't get it.
In Mexico the traffic police are on foot and have whistles and guess who stops and obeys the whistles when they hear them? Americans visiting the city, no one else.
