No, Justi, but it is near it.  I still lived in that old house when Peter's mother and her new husband (after my son died) bought a house nearby so Peter could be close to grandma.  Then as things happened, I moved away to an apartment, but they still live in their house.

Oh I think these things mold people so well. They are often vastly different in different parts of the country, rural, small town or city. Whatever the case it is a good gift to give your children when you go about doing such work. Oh I do think Peter should move out before all that moves in. We need to pray for Kenny but I don't think Peter needs to be around him until the Lord finishes his work on Kenny, do you. I may be far overstepping my bounds! I love you. Is this the house you and your husband raised those boys in?

Justi, How can you call this boring?
I find it all very fascinating.  It reminds me of several things in my past.  I've never been a part of a jail ministry, but for years was involved with programs for homeless men at The City Union Mission (where recently, one homeless man stabbed to death another).  Also, years ago we did Sunday afternoon ministries for the Jackson County Home for the Colored Aged and Infirm.  You can tell how long ago that was by the name of the place.   Those little old people were the sweetest and most loveable people I have ever seen in spite of not having any comforts in life and for the most part being forgotten.  It was not a very gracious place to live.  It also reminds me that Kenny is getting out of prison the first week in December after being in maximum security (and often solitary confinement for fighting) for almost ten years.  He will be going home to live for (?).   I am concerned for Peter who had not planned to move out of the family home until he marries in the spring to save money.

I, for one, would love to hear more about both of these projects.  You are such a gift to those you touch.
