afzal,

we should love our fellow man, without exception, that is what life is about.  Friendships are built, and may take several attempts until the conditions are right for the other person to return that friendship.  But until all mankind is of the same mind, to love and be friends with all mankind is impossible or at least in my way of thinking.

P.S. i consider you my friend and would be honored if you considered me your friend.

I think you speak for everyone, Afzal...
...more or less.

Stick to good people....when you can find them!

Your love for others seem like the Sun/Son.  Sometimes people need the shade of aloneness to gather their wits and we may think they are hiding from our friendship.  Perhaps you shine too bright for them and they can't look at you long enough to appreciate your nature.  Let it be.

You are being realistic. Yet, I do not bother about those who do not respond to me favourably. There are enough people in this world who like you for whom you are. That is because they like themselves for whom they are.

Those are the birds of whose flock I am a part. Those are the nests in which I wish to rest.

Afzal
It's so true, my beloved....
No matter...color, creed, age, sex, religion, location.....none of that matters, as SOMEONE will always find fault with you...some reason not to like you...even the plain old reason of jealousy, liking you TOO much.

There...my two cents...now I'm going to take my hermit butt back to the woods, thank you!

I've mentioned this before I think. Friends

begin when we are younger. So many

others have gathered their lifefriends

and don't open their arms to us who

were too busy for friends when we were

young. Sadly, we're left holding ourselves

watching others live their lives. We

bloggers are your friends. I am your

friend.

Its hard to find good friends

Friends are like jewels. They are few and very hard to find.

As far as color on your skin? Unless you work in a circus and color yourself as work as a clown, I am color blind and so should everyone else. We all have the same blood color inside, don't we?

Keep writing and expressing yourself
