gapcohen, thanks and welcome to Blogit. I look forward to reading you too.
I can visualise the tree house effect on your deck.  Wonderful!

I just found you
On the homepage, and glad I did.  Always wonderful to hear from someone who is a "citizen of the world," open-minded and appreciative of the joy and beauty life brings.  I go outside on my deck, which overlooks a tree and bush-covered hill that decends to a river.  When I'm out there, I feel as if I'm in a treehouse.  Glad to meet you and I look forward to reading more of your posts - GC

elysianfields, you must
get a place with a terrace.  Essential for good living!!  And yes, there were many sweet goodies..including the quintessential croissants...but a Danish could also be arranged, if your heart so desires!

I would like either - or...truly this is stunning ~ your photos are so enticing.  I often think one day I will have a place with a terrace.   ~ Greenfields, I so enjoy your blog...always. ~ Elyse (and I love the cup of java? or is it tea? and danish or pastry would be nice thank you LOL)

oh! i simply love such open spaces. I have a lovely terrace on the 10th floor, overlooking the Ganga & Howrah Bridge, there I spend a lot of my time, mornings in winter & evenings in summers.
