for your revealing and most wonderful comment. Depression is not always an easy subject to tackle, much less to admit to. Yet personally acknowledging it is a very large part of learning to live with, and overcome its serious, and sometimes lethal, consequences. I wish you continuing success in your personal battle.

very well said my dear....I agree. I am one product of chronic depression myself dear, and yes, unless you help yourself, nothing will. My own belief is; "Depression is not a disease nor a 'sin'...it's an inner cry of one person lost and disturbed." Thank you for the info my dear.
