I just learned about this from my sister just last week. It's amazing, watering the spot where the
dog pees right away fertilizes and now there are all these plush dark green spots all over
her lawn. Learn something new everyday.

Decshak_2, Yes, I buy the leftover plastic pools that the hardware and home improvement stores sell all summer. They go down to $3 or so in September....and I fix any holes in them, if that is why they didn't sell. I use bathroom caulking.
They are hard, one piece plastic, usually blue. I buy the big and the small and then give the extra ones to the neighbor's dogs the next summer when I see hot doggies around the neighborhood.
My dogs' pool is about six feet across and about 12 inches deep. They can't pop it with their toenails as it is of hard plastic. I move it and dump it every two or three days to water the trees around the garden with its water.
The small pools are about three feet across and about as deep.

You do make me laugh with your pooches. Besides if you painted my face all the colours of the rainbow you'd be amazed where I would pee too!!!!!!1
