Now I know to reign-in the metaphors...
...when describing genitalia of either sex, if I ever choose to go that route.
It seems the more that writers try to find original metaphors for genitalia, the cheesier it sounds.

Jesus, this stuff is hilarious. I've been reading bad metaphors by
high schoolers in creative writing classes, but this crap is from adults? And published authors? Oh, man, this is priceless...

I would love to read more bad sex in fiction...

I liked Feschuck's offering - but to my mind you can't have worse than D H Lawrence (Mellors the gamekeeper). Just recently I've had to read again Kate Millett's take on that, very amusing. Not that it was meant to be, I suspect:)
