gold dust, yes! It is about good conversation.
Although, I must admit, sometimes the silence is equally compelling!

My huge rocking bench calls me daily now after sunset.

The temperatures drop from 111 degrees F or more in the day to about 95 right after sunset, so I sit in the swing and rock on it with the dogs, listening to the birds and the traffic nearby, having too much fun resting, finally.

Thanks for your lovely poem and invitation. The images are delicious.

I sat there this a.m. smelling far off fires in the winds as sunrise, under a gray sky teasing with promises of rain that don't come, we have drought, and burning deserts outside of town, as a smoky sunrise crept into the city on kitten's paws.

I like that idea, Greenfields.  Sitting with you in that place would be both pleasant and interesting.
