Afzal...that is such a beautiful concept...world citizenship... but I am afraid that its been tried and has miserably failed, it was called Communism and it failed because it was implemented by humans that though might have had high ideals to begin with, they also had the same greed and need for power that their counterparts the capitalists did. It is sad but until we humans do not evolve into a kinder more unselfish bunch, we will tend to do what we have done since the first prehistoric men did as soon as they realized that in groups they could do better than alone, we will create those groups, or tribes, or countries, call them what you want, but we will tend to congregate with others that act, look and feel like we do. Its in our nature unfortunately... one of those bad treats we have inherited by our ancestors. We have a lot to learn and grow before we can abolish country borders and property lines sweetie, but it is a great idea on paper, I grant you that. Great post!
