thanks. Do think about traveling and welcome to our part of the world....The rainy season as well call it lasts till mid August. September is warm and then it begins to cool off, well, relatively speaking.

Ah ~ So the rains begin...and they usually last how long Greenfields. I like how you have the mobile vet come...I miss that living here in the hillcountry as in the city, we even had a doggie ambulance; for ER care. I like the sounds of your rain. Oh Greenfields, I enjoy your blog tremendously, always have --- gives me peace and lets me travel to another part - region - cycle - in life ~ Thank you for sharing...welcome back ---

I think we are psychic. I just posted a piece about a flying carpet and then I clicked onto your entry and what do I read about in the comments? The words magic carpet. I guess you don´t miss the Netherlands too much and are happy to be back home, monsoon or not. Keep posting.

I know what you mean. I too have been in climates like that and it is not fun. SO, enjoy the sunshine. Yes, it was great catching upwith my friends. I am so fond of them and even if we don't see each other for months on end, we pick up just where we left off.

I live on the West Coast of Canada and although we don’t experience monsoons our winters are week after week after week of rain. So, by contrast, I am happy the rain has let up and the sun is shining down on us (at least for a few days). Must have been nice to “catch up” with your friend…
