I feel Afzal, it is always better to listen first...and sometimes, listen only. It is a good practice ~ it is good!!! Communication begins with 'listen' ing first. I just believe this ~ and in communication, we learn to 'try' and not 'react' rather 'respond'. in my humble opinion ~ Good blog Afzal

Good general advise. Sometimes we do however gain better understanding through conflict and we are also not all called to walk the exact same path either. Blessings to you and may your kindness inspire others to become kindhearted too.

It depends on what we are talking about. I can appreciate many things silently...but there are also many things that I react to.
